Dear Robert,
As we discussed on Wednesday, I contacted the City of Coppell to obtain the standard
dimensions for planting setbacks from median noses and setbacks from curbs and light poles.
I was informed by Ken Griffin, City Engineer and also Gary Sieb, Director of Community
Planning that the city has no typical standards other than a 45' corner visibility triangle.
As we agreed, we will proceed with standards set by the City of Dallas, Parks and Recreation
Department, Beautification Policy, March 1990.
