Subject: Prestwick erosion control -your memo
Wben you and I met with Brentwood Builders, late last yeaz, it was my understanding
that they would be providing erosion control as was discussed at that meeting.
Basically, I understood that the lot to the east belonging to Mr. Estrada, had been
experiencing problems with earth washing over the retaining wall and not allowing
drainage to take place, thereby causing ponding of water on that lot. ~v.~ ~~
The solution discussed was to first erect silt fencing both on the first lot and at the east GOt IM,`r,
side to keep more dirt from washing. Brentwood was also to c u material dirt
already deposited on Mr Estrada~,j~ a opt and insure that water could flow

e iv o the su iv~sioq to keep that dirt from washing.
It appears from a trip I made out to the site yesterday, that the above items have been
addressed, so I am unaware of any further action that needs to be taken.
I realize that after our meeting with Brentwood, you also discussed some other items with
their representative so maybe there aze other concerns you have that we aze not aware of.
However, to my knowledge, there aze no outstanding items at this time, from our end.
