Dear Ken:
As noted in your letter dated December 13, 2002, please find enclosed a check in the amount of $55,685.77
payable to the City of Coppell to cover the cost of changes Duke requested for the Ruby Road realignment
project. This payment amounts to the difference between the base bid and the alternate bid submitted to the
City by Tiseo Paving, the contractor chosen by the City to construct the project.
We appreciate the bid tabulation data you supplied in your payment request letter. As you also noted in your
letter, we would appreciate copies of the pay requests submitted by Tiseo that relate to the work for which we're
paying.
