are two copies of a revised proposed draft of Park Land
Donation Agreement. The enclosed draft contains changes to the•
prior draft in the fourth recital, paragraph 2, paragraph 4,
paragraph 6, paragraph 7 and paragraph 9.

enclosed to Messrs. Allen, Duggan and Ratliff.
