On behalf of Hobart Development, Inc., I would like to request the early release
of Lots 2 and 3, Block "A" at Trinity Shores Addition for the purpose of constructing model homes.
The construction of utilities and pavements at the trinity shores subdivision are completed according
to approved construction plans; we are going to provide some additional erosion controls at the site
and submit the as -built plans to the city next week.
