During the plat approval process for the referenced project, the City Staff required a note to be added to
the plat regarding maintenance of the drainage channel located along the south property line. The
proposed owner, Product Support Services (PSS) understands that it will be responsible for maintaining
the channel. PSS also understands that maintenance activities include mowing and tr sh or debris
removal; and does not include channel improvements, structural repairs, slope pavin slope failure
repair, or other similar activities.
If you or the City do not concur with PSS' understanding of maintenance responsibility, please respond
to us in writing.
