Marcie Diamond, Assistant Director of Planning, referred your January 23, 2003 letter to me for
clarification and response.
The maintenance of the drainage channel is the responsibility of the property owner in all aspects
that are not considered to be `hard improvements'. Hard improvements would include channel
improvements, structural repairs, slope paving, etc. Slope failure repair would still remain the
owner's responsibility.
Please share this information with the proposed owner, Product Support Services (PSS). If you
have any further questions, please contact me.
