We have reviewed the final plats for the street right-of-way dedications for
the Lakes of Coppell. The plats are acceptable if the City Council approves
the requested variance. If the variance is denied, the plat for MacArthur
Boulevard will have to be redrawn. This should be placed on the October 9
Council agenda.
Triland has requested a variance to the right-of-way width for MacArthur
Boulevard (requested 100 feet instead of 110 feet).
Triland at this time does not have Parkway Boulevard as a divided thorough-
fare. The disposition of Deforest is also not resolved at this time.
The construction plans will be approved as soon as Triland submits its
streetscape plan (concrete pavers, bridge design, etc.).
Attached is a letter from Triland addressing the above issues.
