As we discussed several weeks ago, Transwestern would like to clear cut all trees, shrubs, and
fence line on the south side of Sandy Lake Road, specifically in the ROW we dedicated to the
City last year for the planned Sandy Lake expansion in 2003.
We feel this will improve out marketing of the property as well as visually define the proposed
Sandy Lake thoroughfare at our north boundary. We will cut all plants at the ground and
maintain the area through the growing season.
The Sandy Lake Road frontage west of Northpoint (Staples site) will be bermed, planted with
trees and ground cover, irrigated and maintained. The Sandy Lake ROW frontage east of
Northpoint will be over seeded and mowed regularly, but not irrigated.
Please email to me the appropriate agreement so we can commence the work as soon as possible.
