City Engineer City of Coppell 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: Assured Self Storage -Belt Line Road Dear Mr. Griffin: As you will recall, I was retained to assist Mr. Valk in the application process before the City of Coppell relative to the Special Use Permit which has been issued to him for construction of a self storage facility. In my communications with Mr. Walter Nelson, the engineer for the Assured Group, I have learned that the proposed location for installation of a sanitary sewer line may, in effect, make the property undevelopable. As a result, it may be necessary to develop the property adopting one of the alternatives set forth in Mr. Nelson's letter of November 5, 2002. I have met with Mr. Nelson and discussed with him each of these alternatives and he has assured me, that these are the only alternatives which he believes will allow for the economic development of the property as anticipated by the Special Use Permit. I would greatly appreciate it if you would review my letter and contact me at your convenience so that we may discuss how best to proceed with development of the property.
