Creek View subdivision. M existing wall (approximately 5 to B feet in height) has been constructed

wall requires a small klwer wall (approximately 2t feet high) to be constructed to insure the stability of
the rode retaining wall. This lower wall b a protective measure only to maintain the soil at the base of
the retaining wall. This lower wail wIU be located in the drainage easemenn. The wall will Ue Into natural
high Around downstream, and k will not encroach on any eHectNe flow area of Grapevine Creek or Its
tributary. The wall, as proposed, will not have any adverse impacts on flow condltlons and wIU help to
Increase stability of the existing wall.
Based on our review, ws see no problems wUh constructing thb protective waU within the drainage
easement at this particular klcadlon.
