Doug Stover regarding your property line and improvements to the rear of your lot. I am enclosing three particular documents which outline the history of the platting in your neighborhood, as well as the Windsor Estates property. I am sure you are aware that your particular lot was pre - platted and gained an additional 15 feet. I cannot ascertain from our records, though, whether your present fence line includes that 15 feet or not. Please be advised that the Villages of Coppell and Windsor Estates have both assumed property maintenance for various easements and common areas located to the north of your property. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact my office. It might become necessary to have an actual land survey to establish your rear property line if you plan substantial improvements.
