As per your request, attached is the following information for you use in the design of the
above referenced project:
1. Southwest Coppell Storm Water Management Plan - HalffAssociates, Inc.
2. Sewerline Backfill on Bethel Road - Grapevine Creek to Near Royal Lane -
Patton, Burke & Thompson
3. Stamped Concrete Ordinance
4. Plat, drainage area map and utility plans - Old Coppeil Estates, The Reserve,
and the Summit at the Springs, Phase I
5. Digitial Orthophotograpy and GIS information (storm sewer structures do not
have GIS data such as such as size, structure type, etc. associated with them)
The study by Graham Associates was e-mailed to you today. The drainage study for
Bethel Road that is being prepared by TranSystems should be complete next week.
