I can be flexible as long as the sidewalk is accessible to pedestrian and is in an easement or the right of
way.

Jeff Langston with Duke called on Friday and he was wondering how flexible you would be with the
sidewalk requirement along the north side of their property. I told him that I would call him back once I
talked with you about it.
He also said that they could provide a geotech report indicating that the proposed clay liner will act like a
synthetic waterproof liner.
