Ted Dutt talked with them and they were told that they would just have to tap the sewer line. They do not
have to go into a manhole.

I have a man wanting to know whether or not they have to tie a private 4" SS service into a manhole or if
they can tie directly to the main with a cleanout or access device. The would be tying into the main that
runs down the middle of Royal Lane near Gateview. I will be out of the office until Jan. 2 but would you
