We do not have an opinion on gated streets. That is a Fire and Planning issue and we support their
decision 100 %. Access to utilities is always a concern. But, again, this is not our call.

Someone is looking to buy the Townhomes of Coppell and they were asking whether or not engineering
has any concerns about making all of the streets private and gating off the development. Planning and
Fire are opposed. I don't see how we could support is since we have public utilities along the streets. Do
you have any other concerns or would you be supportive of this?
