Wynnpage North 1-CS030129 From: To: Date: Subject: Teresa Turner Ken Griffin 1/29/0310:43:24 AM Wynnpage Ken: Mark Wainscott and Marc Bentley are asking me for a solution to their drainage situation. Mark W. is adament that we have had utility information throughout the process and that - since no inlets were shown on the site plan - we should have assumed what they were planning to do with the runoff. In looking through the file, the timeline is as follows: ORC Dates - 9/26/02 and 10/3/02 P&Z Meeting - 10/17/02 Preliminary Utilities Received - 10/29/02 CC Meeting - 11/12/02 Additionally, I sent James Bratton (with Wainscott) a letter on 12/27/02 regarding early grading and the fact that we still did not have detailed drainage information. They submitted full plans for engineering review on 1/22/03. I have the highlighted copies of the staff reports. ORC comments, and the letter in my office if you would like to see them. How should I proceed? fteresa Ti.ii'~@V c WY1illp~gEr~'-"c ' . I~, -' . '''''~' ",,-' _"- .._J.c_',. ,__,',.....__.,-.~"'=_.."_.c-'",'"'..'"'."""::-::::;- . /;"';'",:;;;;'."""""-' . . Apparently there is a high pressure gas line in the Lone Star Gas Easement that is only 4' deep. They are looking at doing gravity flow across Lot 1 and then adding a lift station on the other side of the gas easement for Lots 2 & 3. Is this allowed?? Also, they cannot construct a manhole in the easement so they are asking to stub the sewer as shown with a cleanout Oust short of the property line), Thoughts? h te-- ..\]\J~v\V\~ Noltf\) ~t i) B\rl B
