Improvements from Denton Tap Rd to MacArthur Blvd
As per your request I have reviewed the above referenced agreement.
I'm assuming that this agreement is subsequent to prior discussions
with the City of Dallas.
On page 5, Section X it indicates that the City will share the
actual construction cost for items required for traffic control.
I'm assuming the traffic control items, once constructed, will
be maintained by the entity in which they are located. The reason
I bring up this question is that the traffic signal at Moore
Rd and East Beltline Rd presently is in the City of Dallas and
it was installed and is being maintained by the City of Coppell.
We need to review this to ensure that adequate traffic control
is provided.
