Sandy Lake Rd - MacArthur to E. Coppell City Limits
After visiting the site of the DWU pressure reducing vaults located East of
MacArthur near the South edge of ROW of Sandy Lake Road on 10/21/02, DWU
Relocation Section believes the previously proposed non-recessed curb line
will clear the manholes at this location once DWU adjustments are made.
Please change plans to show a non-recessed curb line. In addition,
Relocation understands that Dallas County PW will ensure the paving limits
will be laid out and staked prior to construction, giving DWU enough time to
verify locations and deb'lde whether further adjustments will be necessary.
