Dear Ms. Turner:
In response to City comments generated on January 17, 2003 for the above referenced
project, Pacheco Koch offers the following comments:
General:
1. PKCE is continuing to coordinate construction of Ruby Road and the proposed
Freeport X.
2. As per your conversations with Duke, please find enclosed in this submittal a
letter from Mr. Ron Reed, P.E. of Reed Engineering.
Plat:

Curves C109, Cl10, Cl17, and Cl18 were modified to meet City Standard,
PKCE will be meeting with Travis Crump with regards to curves C123 and C124.
Easement is labeled as requested.
Duke has asked that the 4.0' sidewalk not be shown as they are working with the
City to resolve this issue.
C3.3:
Limits of the proposed detention pond is shown, as requested.
Sheets C3.4 & C3.5:
1. All water and sanitary sewer crossings are shown, as requested.
Sheet C4.0:
1. Additional sanitary sewer cleanouts are shown, as requested.
Sheet C4.2:
1. A note calling out for Line SS-2 to be cored and bored was added, as requested.
Sheet C5.0:
1. A letter has been provided in this submittal as well as a variance for silicone
sealant.
