Enclosed please find copies of the TNRCC now known as the TCEQ documents
providing Tiseo Paving Co. Inc. the authorization needed to procure and secure
the location chosen at the Duke Property site. ( Duke Contract included )
If you have any questions, or nccd -Iiseo or myself to move on any issue at hand
in reference to the Batch Plant site, please contact me as soon as we nccd to do
anything further, regarding these matters, otherwise I will consider this issue
handled and in your hands waiting for further direction, as I remain;
