On this date, a HBC/Terracon technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
concrete placement observation. After arriving at the jobsite, HBC's technician was notified that
the scheduled concrete placement was cancelled and rescheduled due to the wrong mix was delivered.
