REF: Beltline Road from Denton Tap Road to MacArthur
Boulevard
I have asked Mr. George Schrader to please contact you
directly to secure specific information related to the work
you have performed on Beltline east/west to date. In
particularly that segment from Moore Road west to Beltline @
Denton Tap intersection. Please find attached a draft
proposal between the City of Coppell and the City of Dallas
from which Mr. Schrader will be needing some cost
information as well current status and scope of work
performed. You are authorized to provide him with that
information, and I have copied Frank Trando and Russell
Doyle so they will know you are being asked to perform this
work.
Thank you for your usual prompt assistance in this matter.
