Dear Ms. Griffin:
As per our conversation, Duke Realty has requested the installation of the proposed
drive approaches off of Ruby Road be included as part of the roadway construction.
Pacheco Koch has determined that the change in material for the drives would be as
follows:
West Drive East Drive Total
Concrete Pavement 74 SY 59 SY 133 SY
Subgrade 70 SY 56 SY 126 SY
Concrete Curb (-35) FT (-26) FT (-61) FT
Pacheco Koch has informed Duke Realty that the City wishes this additional work to be
implemented as a Change Order, and that the City will not authorize the construction of
the drives until the proposed Change Order be paid in full by Duke Realty. Duke has
responded that they would have no issues as long as they can review costs provided by
Tiseo prior to Duke's acceptance. Please note that a reproducible set of drawings
reflecting these changes are included as part of this submittal.
