The Engineering Dept. of the City of Coppell is concerned about the progress of "as-built" civil engineering
plans for Amberpoint building 1 and Northpoint Dr. The building appears to be occupied, and the road is
open to through traffic. If there is a problem with the delivery of the plans, we would like to be kept up to
date on their progress; if the Engineering dept. can assist in some way, we will try.

Larry Davis asked that I communicate with you once again concerning the As-Built plans for Amberpoint
Bldg. 1 and Northpoint Dr. I have not received anything concerning these projects since your reply of 06
November, 2002. We look forward to receiving the As-built plans for these projects in paper, mylar and
Electronic format soon so the
acceptance process can be completed. Please include the sheet for the parking lot expansion on Bldg. 1.
