It looks as if council approved this project on 9110102. Ken has had discussions with the engineer about
the sewer service. I'll go ahead and have Scott put the plans in review. It sounds like the contractor may
have bid the job with a septic system. I will contact the engineer to veryify which is correct. Thanks.

I just received Early Grading and Construction Development permit apps for this project. I know it is way
too early for them, but the guy insisted on giving them to us now. He already had an info sheet on how
our process works, so I told him he would be contacted when it was time to pay the appropriate fees, but
that I couldn't promise him that it would be a quick process. He filled out the 2% and 4% form and I
noticed that an "arobic(sic) system" was listed instead of a sanitary sewer system. Do you suppose the
engineer of record is not communicating with him that there is a problem with that?
