This information was most helpful in successfully showing the property. As you are aware, the Citi-Center property was recently displayed at the City's exhibit booth at the 2002 International Council of Shopping Centers "Idea Exchange" Conference in San Antonio, Texas. The Conference was very well attended, with over 1,000 retailers, developers, and brokers present. Additionally, there was interest expressed in the Citi-Center by several individuals, whom will likely be contacting you in the neaz future. I have provided you with copies of the marketing materials compiled by the City for your use. I also wanted to take this opportunity to brief you on the status of the heavy vegetation that exists in front of Citi-Center along Sandy Lake Road. You have expressed your interest in sharing the cost of clearing out this azea and in response to your request, the . City has begun the process of obtaining estimates on this project.
