Cook Product Support Services 4051 Highway 121 North, Suite 200 Grapevine, TX 76051 Re: Product Support Services Relocation to Coppell Dear Mr. Cook: Per our most recent discussions, I have further researched the tax incentives, roadway impact fee credits, and permitting for Product Support Services. Based on the information provided to me regarding Product Support Services, staff will support a 5 -year, 50% tax abatement on real and personal property. Final approval of all agreements is required by the City's Economic Development Committee and City Council. The Economic Development Committee has been briefed on the proposed Product Support Services facility and verbally indicated support for the project. With regard to impact fees, I have attached an updated estimate of impact fees prepared by the v10 S�M1C Engineering Department. Roadway impact fee credits are available with the development of the 1.� Loi subject property at the southwest comer of Gateview & Royal Lane. A 75% reduction in the VV 1L assessed roadway impact fees is automatically taken at the time that fees are assessed and will result in reduced roadway impact fees of $13,702.50. The additional impact fees are estimated and outlined in the attached fee table. Please note that the number and size of water meters are estimated and may vary. Additionally, you had expressed concern regarding the timing of permit review. I assure you that City staff is committed to providing you expeditious service in the review of all permits. Both the City's Building Official and Director of Engineering have been made aware of the proposed project and will do whatever possible to assist in the timing of permits.
