RE: Riverchase Sidewalk
Dear Mark:
As you probably know, the Riverchase sidewalk project is moving forward. Based on a contract let
by the city of Coppell, the Riverchase sidewalk should be completed by August 15, 2003. The total
contract award was $135,737 therefore C-FB ISD's share is one-half of that amount or $67,868.50.
Based on our previous discussions, I think we agreed that C-FB ISD would reimburse the City upon
completion of the project. I will keep you apprised of any change orders to the present project, or
any delays in the completion as scheduled.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Once again, we appreciate C-FB
ISD's assistance in completing the Riverchase sidewalk project.
