Ken,
We have completed the revisions to the plans based on the items you requested at our last
meeting. We do not believe that revising the drainage plans to reflect the recent field condition
changes at Riverchase/Riverview are in our current scope of work; those items were not revised.
We will be 100% complete with all quantities and bid document revisions by the middle of next
week. Please review the attached drawings and provide any feedback to our office by Friday,
December 20, 2002. We will be printing the final mylars during the next week and will be sending
the final documents to Dallas County immediately thereafter.
