talked with both Ken and Larry about the utility walk- through. It is a requirement of the City to walk the
entire length of the project so that the City can verify that existing utilities are operational and were not
damaged during construction. The Utility Department is also not able to locate some of the utilities within
the project limits. After the Utilities Department has prepared the punch list for the walk- through, you can
contact Glenn Hollowell at 972462 -5151. He is the Assistant Director of Public Works and he can work
with you to determine what the contractor will be required to do on the punchlist. Glenn will make the final
decision on whether the contractor will be required to paint existing fire hydrants and valve stack boxes.
