Pre - Austin Plan Changes — Project 10
Dear Mr. Young:
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has performed a Pre - Austin Submittal review
for CMAQ Project 10. A copy of their consolidated comments is attached for your review and
use. We request a disposition of these comments by February 3, 2003 and a submittal of the
revised mylars by February 10, 2003. As you know, Dallas County plans to mark thru the parts
of the plans relating to the deleted intersection of Bethel Road at Denton Tap. We request the
resubmittal of the Railroad Exhibit as we discussed in the recent meeting with TxDOT upon
receipt of this letter. The TxDOT Area Engineers office is reviewing these plans and we will
pass on their comments as soon as available.
