Attached is a draft purchase agreement for Ruby Road. I think you'll
find most of it to be fairly standard language. The most specific
conditions to consider are those in paragraphs 9 and 10 on pages 6 and
7. These involve dates for various approvals, construction milestones,
and the closing date.
