Sheet C1.02 — 1. Show the existing brick paver band in the driveway. 2. A 5' sidewalk is required along Beltline Road. The sidewalk should extend to the property line on both sides of the development. 3. Provide verification from the adjacent property owner that you have permission to construct the mutual access on their property. Sheet C1.03 — All details in the construction plans that are included in our Standard Details should be removed from the plans. The only details to be included in these plans are details that are revised and specific to this project. Sheet C2.O1 — You are showing the entire site to the west (Drainage Area D3) to be draining onto this property. Is this correct? Sheet C6.01 - 1. Verify the FDC locations with the fire department (972- 304 - 3500). 2.
