The description of the public meeting should be similar to ithe following:
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the opportunities and constraints associated
with development of the tandscape concept for Sandy Lal~e Road between benton Tap
Road and MacA~thur Boulevard. Johnson, Johnson & RoV/inc-, as landscatlie
architectural consultants for the project, have walked the site and made o rvations
which they will present. Issues such as existing land use;visual quality ant~eoharacter,
view corridors and areas to be screened and buffered willibe discussed- Tile format of
the meeting will welcome citizen input on the analysis pre,sented as web as direction for
establishing the character of the alternatives to be developed.
