On this date, a Rone Engineers, Ltd. representative(s) was at the above project
for site observations. Hayward Baker continued water injection in Area B of the
building pad. Cooper Excavation excavated fill material from the northwest pond
and hauled it to the east side of the building pad. Moisture and in -place
density tests were taken on compacted fill. The tests were found in compliance
with the job specifications.
The equipment used by Hayward Baker was four D -3 Caterpillar Injection Rigs.
Cooper Excavation used two 621 Caterpillar Scrapers, one 963 Caterpillar Loader,
one 815 Caterpillar Compactor, one TA30 Terex Dump Truck, two TA27 Terex Dump
Trucks, one D -8 Caterpillar Dozer, one 12G Caterpillar Blade, and one 3300
Kobelco Trackhoe.

On this date, a Rone Engineers, Ltd. representative(s) arrived on site to assist
the lead technician in water injection inspection. The technician monitored the
injection process of two rigs. The injection process consisted of four ten foot
probes. The probes were spread five feet apart and were injected at one foot
intervals to a depth of ten feet. Once the rig obtained refusal, it would move
forward five feet and repeat the process. See report #170537 for square footage
and total gallons of water used.
The Rone representative assisted the lead technician in the staking of the job
site for borings to be drilled to check for moisture and swell.
