Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Bentley:
The City of Coppel1 has reviewed the referenced plans and has the fol1owing comments to offer:
Sheet AU -
1. General Note #5 should include the City of Coppel1's Construction Specifications and Subdivision
Ordinance.
2. General Note #7 should read 2 years instead of 1 year for the guarantee of work.
Sheet Cl -
Provide a letter from the property owner of Lot 2 to al10w for the offsite grading on this site.
Sheet C2 -
1. It appears that a portion of Drainage Area A is directed to the al1ey rather than to Wynnpage Drive.
Should this be included in Drainage Area B?
2. How will the runoff reach the al1ey since there is an existing masonry screening wall?
Sheet C4 -
Extend the silt fence along the Denton Tap frontage of Lot 2.
There are other minor comments throughout the plans that should also be addressed prior to the re-
submittal. Once al1 comments have been addressed, please re-submit these marked-up plans and two
sets of revised plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your
convemence.
