new pavement referenced above. We wish to express our interest
in providing you the subsurface investigation and the
construction inspection services that will be necessary during
the related phases of planning and construction.
Our extensive experience on projects in Coppell involving
foundation design, pavement studies, and all phases of and
types of construction materials inspection will assist you in
the successful and economical completion of your project.
Our geotechnical and materials engineering stale provide the
following scope of services:
· Geotechnical investigations from preliminary to extensive
final site evaluation. Reports include foundation types,
design parameters, earthwork and pavement recommendations,
and construction concerns.
· On-site construction materials quality control ranging from
mix designs, batch plant and field testing, and inspection
of concrete, asphalt, soils, foundations, reinforcing/post-
tensioned steel and structural steel.
· Contract drilling for contaminated soils testing,
groundwater monitoring well installations, and geotechnical
borings.

· Roofing consulting, inspection and testing, construction
management/administration, problem solving, and budget
estimates of both new and existing roofs.
· Property/building condition evaluations including
structural exteriors/interiors, site conditions,
