Director of Engineering and Public Works City of Coppell 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: Prestwick Subdivision ~ Coppell, Texas DAA Job # 100-010 Dear Mr. Griffin: I received your letter dated January 16, 2003, concerning the drainage related to Mr. Estrada's property around Lot 12, Block B. I visited the site after receiving your letter. I noticed two things in particular. One was that there are isolated depressions in the front yard of the brick home that hold water regardless of this development. The second observation is that there was a small amount of water standing at the toe of slope of Stonewick Lane, the roadway projected adjacent to Mr. Estrada's property. As we discussed on the telephone, I contacted Mr. Bob Delsanter, the property owner of Prestwick to ask him to gain permission from Mr. Estrada to allow us to shoot elevations along his western property line and in the front yard of the brick home. Upon gaining said permission, we will perform the field work to help us analyze the existing condition and, hopefully, improve the situation. Sincerely, ~~ `. William A.
