Subj: Revised Grades @ Lift Station
Dear Mr. Griffin, P.E.:
Please find attached a packet of information showing proposed re-grading along the common Property Line between
St. Joseph Village and the City of Coppell Lift Station. The attachment shows approximate existing and revised
grades for the area providing a means to direct water that currently stands at the property line to the creek channel on
the south side of Sandy Lake Road. The packet also includes photos of existing conditions at this area.
This proposal would be to remove the existing city chain link fence at the property line and upon completion of
re-grading to enclose the Lift Station by installing about a six foot section of matching chain link fence with Bazb
wire between the new St. Joseph Village screen wall and the existing screen wall at the SW. comer of the Lift Station
property. Additionally, we would install matching chain link along the north property line from the existing eastern
gate post for access to the Lift Station to the new St. Joseph Village Screen wall. By making this revision to the
fencing and providing hydromulch over the re-graded azea, this will avoid have a 6 foot area between a chain link
fence and a masonry screen wall which would be difficult to maintain, but placing it within the Lift Station area
which could be easily maintained with the remainder of the azea.
