Anytime before the construction start date of April 2004. I sent Paul Gonzales with Qwest and Ron
Christianson with Touch America a letter stating that the City would not allow the utilities to be relocated in
separate trenches. As soon as this issue is resolved a permit can be approved for the relocation. Since
three existing utilites along the south of Bethel Road will be relocated to the north, we would like an
electronic file of the relocation so that we can ensure that there are no conflicts.
