Ken,
The industry standard for planting trees is generally $100 a caliper inch. They're not too far off. I would try
and get the following:
3" Cedar Elm- $300
3" Bur Oak- $300
3" Chinese Pistache- $325
6'-8' Red Cedar- $125 Red Cedar is sold by height not caliper inch.
6'-8' Crape Myrtle- $125
5 gal. Dwf. Burford Holly- $16
Irrigation goes for about .75 per square foot. I don't know how much they're doing.
