No part of the project area has been designated as an historical district by
the state. The City has zoned the area with a historical oveday so that
certain cdteria have to be met. The downtown master plan has not been
adopted by the City yet.

Do you know if any part of the project ama is part of a designated
historical district (state or local)? If it is part of a designated
historical district, there may be some requirements that would have to
satisfied to secure any possible funding from these agencies. Let me know
at your best convenience.
