The Dynasty Cleaners project appears to be nearing completion.
Soon, it will be time to request as -built record plans from the Civil
Engineering firm for the project, Enoch Inc.
It has been my experience that Enoch Inc. cannot be trusted to
deliver as -built plans in a timely fashion, if they deliver at all.
Therefore, I would like to request final acceptance be witheld until
as -built record plans in paper, mylar and electronic CD are in the
City's possesion.
I feel this is the only way we can assure ourselves that the Civil
Engineer will submit the records required by our Subdivision
Ordinance.
