RE: Staples / Amberpoint Business Park Walk-thru
1. Valve to north vault: remove dirt from around pad.
2. Mark MLV in blue and FHV in red on curb at second fire hydrant on west side of
building.
3. Mark CO in red on west side of building and on curb on east side of building for
cleanouts.
4. Repaint all fire hydrants red.
5. Seal invert with no feed on inside of manhole southwest of building.
6. Test irrigation double check and place brass plugs in ball valve on DC #4.
7. Need letter from landscaper: no valves or manholes to be covered and all valves work
after landscaper completion.

8. Staples sign by vay~t may be in utility easement.
