RE: ASSURED SELF-STORAGE PROJECT, 1751 Beltline Road, Coppell.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Approval by the District of the
.refezenced Project by letter dated March 18, 2003, to receipants
of this notifications I5 HEREBY RESCINDED AND WITHDRAWN, AND IT
SHALL BE OF NO FORCE OR EFFECT FOR FAILURE OF THE OWNER TO FULLY
COMPLY WITH T.HE REQUIREMENTS OF ITEM #2, to wit: failure to give
the District notification at least 48 hours prior to commencing
contruction.
No approval will be given until we have inspected the site and
added such other requirements as are necessary, the named Owner
has been granted full and complete approval by Coppell, Texas,
and the Owner has responded in writing to the District agreeing
to comply wa.th all of the District's requirements. In addition,
the Owner must pay the District a fee of $500.00, which fee had
been previously waived, but is now due and payable. Payment may
be mailed to the address shown above.
P.leasE be advised that the District will exercise all available
legal remedies to assure that the Project proceeds in accordance
with District requirements.
