As per our telephone conversation on March ] 4, 2003, this letter will serve as your
authorization to begin the appraisal of the property at 732 DeForest Road. As we
discussed, this appraisal should have an anticipated delivery date of April 4, 2003.
It`s my understanding that the fee should be approximately $1800. At your earliest
convenience, please provide a quote for your fee so that it can be executed by the
City.
My staff is available to provide you any information you need to perform this
