Larry Davis had the meeting on-site this morning at 7:30 AM. Two representatives from Hillwood
Development and the contractor from Calhar Construction were also in attendance. It is engineering's
understanding that there is no permit nor approved plans for the proposed changes to the existing fire
protection system.
Engineering will inspect the materials to be used and the placement of those materials and the pressure
testing of the line between the FDC and the check valve. Representatives from Hillwood were requested
to contact you for any additional information, testing, and final approval.
They were also asked to contact Public Works for any assistance in controlling the water (turn off/ turn on)
and also Coppell dispatch for notification.
The contractor is scheduled to start construction on Thursday, March 27, 2003 and is expected to be
complete by April 7.

Larry is meeting the contractor on-site at 7:30 AM this Wednesday if you're interested.
Also - he (Larry) is asking for a plan sheet. Do you have one?
