With regard to your question, I spoke with the Engineering Department
regarding the timing of PSS Civil Review and it appears that the process
is moving along well under the allotted review period. Teresa Turner,
Graduate Engineer, informed me that she would get a response to Mr.
Jaffee at Jones & Carter by the end of the day, after she confers with
the City Engineer.
I hope this helps.
Also, please note that the plat for the property is still here in our
office and is ready to be picked up. I tell you this because it must be
taken to be recorded with Dallas County and originals returned to the
City, prior to the issuance of a building permit. You may want to pass
this on to Jones & Carter.
