Re: Product Support Services, Lot 2, Block 3 Freeport North — Request for Variance on
Pavement Design
Dear Ms. Turner:
We request that the City of Coppell grant a variance to the Subdivision Ordinance on the pavement
design criteria for the above referenced lot. Elimination of lime stabilization on this project will reduce
cost associated with the pavement. In lieu of lime stabilization the concrete design strength will increase
from 3000psi to 4000psi in both public and private pavement areas. In areas within the public right of
way along drive approaches the subgrade will be composed of a minimum six (6) -inch thick flexible base
